Shipping & Return Policies

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Your order will ship within 3 business days of payment and tracking will be provided. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery time via Fed Ex Ground or similar service.

*Delivery times are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries. Entering your shipping address inside the cart or checkout page will show available shipping options with real time shipping quotes. If you are shipping to a country outside of the USA, we will not charge you import tax, customs duty, or VAT charges; these charges are your responsibility. These charges, (if applicable,) may be collected by USPS, DHL or FedEx when the product is delivered, or by a third-party (where applicable). A $20 handling fee will be added to all international orders. We are not responsible for any damages if you are using a freight forwarder. Your warranty will be voided if you are using a freight forwarder. 

 

RETURNS:

Returns under warranty should be requested by contacting us at (877) 277-3872 or sales@wisetekmarket.com 

When returns are approved an RMA return label will be provided by email

For warranty returns, shipping expenses will be covered by Wisetek

Non-warranty returns are not accepted. If we make an exception, return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and we may charge a re-stocking fee up to 20% of the items value.

** Please make sure to keep the box and packaging inserts so your return item will be protected correctly.
